I found where the Grand Temple is! At the end of AC Revolutions Jupiter was talking to Desmond. And he said that they must go to The Grand Temple and showed the USA with a dot on it. The dot was located around the same area as Boston. And one of the places AC3 takes place in is Boston. So it's simple to say that the Grand Temple is in Boston.
