I pretty much beaten the game, but trying to get all collectables as i can. But after collecting all view points, treasure, memoir pages...etc.. but i can't find all the hidden wells. i found about 26 out of 31 and i can't seem to find the rest. I checked all around the map and still can find nothing. if any one can help me i would appreciate it!!
