In Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood Dev Diary #3 it has been confirmed that Spain will appear as a single player location Brotherhood, I also believe that you can free roam in Spain as well, I have reason to believe this because one of the PS3 trophies is "complete Spain sequence #1".


Also I am now 100% sure that now Spain is a single player location the Siege of Viana will appear.
