Then we have Charlotte de la Cruz from the comics and the guy (I forgot the name) in the Ac movie being portrayed by Michael Fassbender. Probably, they're connected to the modern storyline. Charlotte was hunted by the Templars and I dont know about the other guy. I'm guessing this storyline is full of chases and probably redemption from the Assassins. And then theres the Juno problem.
