AC1 and AC2's maps would have almost certainly been about the Pieces of Eden, because the concept of Temples/Vaults had not been thought of yet. I very much doubt Ubisoft thought that far ahead. I'll concede that the maps in Rogue and Chronicles: India were probably depicting Temple locations, however.
