One can hope can't they... I would love to see my people in Assassins Creed as protagonists.  
There were Jews living in Alexandria during Bayek's time though, so I guess this the closest you can get for now.

Wow I did not know that... Atleast they should make an Israelite Protagonist or Assassin Apprentice. I'm wishing that they would.
