I'm pretty sure that the only DLC they'll include would be, as the discription said, only the ones exclusive to offline single-player. As such, I'm certain it won't include any multiplayer skins. As for Bloodlines, are you referring to the game itself or the unlockable content in II available after connecting the PS3 version of ACII to Bloodlines on PSP? Because Bloodlines is not DLC, it's a seperate game altogether.
