It's difficult not to since I have spent a lot of time in college, I am especially critical of poor grammar. 
I'm sure as wiki editors, we're all critical of poor grammar regardless of college, but it's clear he wrote like that intentionally.
You would be surprised how poor a person's grammar can be. 

My native language is Spanish and I'm not bilingual, but at least I want you to understand me, :P
