I wouldn't call that a fact, having in mind that he really existed and was a Lieutenant-Coronel during the seven years war.

In the game, he shows us that there are good people in the Templar Order. Christopher Gist also does that.

I guess this is only your perspective of him.

I think Lord of Paradise was referring to Sebastian Monroe, not George Monro.
