It's nothing on the wiki.

I was just playing AC4, and I was reading the Abstergo Employee Passport thing.

In the timeline section is says "2012: In collaboration with major videogame publisher Ubisoft, Abstergo Entertainment's Assassin's Creed III: Liberation is released..."
