I was wondering if someone could explain the in universe games to me. I think I might be misunderstanding something.

I thought that Assassin’s Creed Liberation was sold simply as Liberation in the Assassin’s Creed universe. I didn’t think “Assassin’s Creed” titled games were made in the AC universe.

And if Assassin’s Creed III Liberation was the first game made by Abstergo Entertainment, who made the first two “Assassin’s Creed” games in the AC universe?
