I'm not saying right now or even in the next 5 years but eventually I think it will be a realistic outcome due to the universe building nature of the series and the annual releases. I mean in ten years Assassin's Creed would probably have more games than Final Fantasy and Metal Gear and they've been aroud since the 80s. Though if the modern day and story is like Unity's that didn't progress anything at all I don't think they'll have this problem, but the thing is I don't want that to happen I want each game to further the story.
