Hello Master Sima Yi,

My question is probably more for Aymar than Ashraf, but I've always been more interested by the story than the gameplay of the AC franchise, so here it is...

The game is presented as the origin story of the Brotherhood, but the existing lore tell us that there were Assassins before and during Cleopatra's reign (Darius, Iltani, Wei Yu, Brutus...). Is this a retcon, with those characters no longer canon, or does the game will adress this at some point ?

Additional question: What about the giant snake shown in the trailer ? Is the franchise becoming less "realistic" and more mythological, or is there a plausible AC explanation that will be unveiled in the game (illusion, piece of Eden effect, frozen experiment of the Isu...) ?
