It's part of a bunch of the main themes of the games.
Family - Syndicate
Main Theme - Unity

Main Theme - Chronicles: China
Main Theme - Chronicles: India
Main Theme - Chronicles: Russia
Main Theme - Identity

It's basically become the main recurring theme of the series.

You forgot to include origins
We haven't heard Origins' main theme yet, so can't say anything for certain.

The lead composer confirmed we haven't actually heard Origins' main theme yet. The track everyone's assuming to be the main theme does have Ezio's family in it though >.>
