I was replaying a gang hq, and to me it sounded like the gang leader called Shay "Berg " or something close to that. (I don't know why they would, but to me that's what it sounds like.)

Whatever he said, it didn't come up on the subtitles.

I was wondering if anyone knew what the gang leaders called him. 

For them to say it you have to be detected and probably chase them around for a bit.
