hmm ship to ship Morrigan clearly wins although barely

however boarding wise shay would get pretty mouch demolished by Edward seeing as he has far more experiance and 2cutlasses as opposed to shay's single longsword.

i'm going to say Edward wins this one through a counter boarding.
