During her conversation with Accipiter near the end of the third comic, Valeria stated her intention to flee to the Italian Coast. Specifically, she intended to visit a female cousin of Aquilus, who she states lived in Monteriggioni.

Obviously, this can't be. In the games (and real life), Monteriggioni was built in the early 13th century, whereas the events involving Valeria took place in 259 CE. What should be done about this? The Modern Day parts of the comics are non-canon, but the past sections are canon.

Perhaps we can say that she intended to visit the cousin of Aquilus in Italy, without mentioning Monteriggioni.<ac_metadata title="Valeria and Monteriggioni"> </ac_metadata>
