Maybe, but it all depends on what they're officially named as. To me, the Pirate looking character gives off the feeling of plunder and robbery, while the woman makes me think of a privateer because privateers were classified as legal by governments to attack foreign ships during wartime. She looks less rugged, so her image to me makes me think more of a legal pirate in a sense.
