Before you is a spire with a Borgia flag atop, Back jump from the wall opposite and ledge grab it. Then jump from the spire onto the roof (This saves about 3-4 seconds from the usual route but may cost points. Third: (I suggest you practice with the map first and memorize the obstacle course throughout) then you can go through at full speed. Fourth: Once you catch up with the cardinal, grab him, and throw him towards the railing (Cutscene occurs, Ezio grabs the key, drops him blah blah blah.
