Oh yeah that part, it's simple, let me explain. When you have to use Eagle Vision to find him among the crowd head straight and then turn onto the steps on the right of the stage with the main performers on it. Next, head up those steps and make a right and go straight so that you're standing on top of the wooden flooring overlooking the party behind the wall. Drop down off of the side to your left (Where the chandelier is, but don't jump on that) on the wooden board thing, and if you dropped right off the ledge you should be facing two large red curtain type things. Just free run through them (RT and A on the Xbox and R2 and X on the PS3 I believe) and then on your right should be the flag. Tell me when you get the flag from this explanation.
