We haven't have controversies -- in fact, the only problem we had was when they were first isntated, and even then, it wasn't such a big problem -- some users said it was useless, and some wanted it. It is somethign that doesn't affect wiki functionality, but a good deal of users like them, so we keep them.

And about SCV, I don't know if it's been confirmed -- if it has, it will be added.
