Intro text for news listing pages.

Usage

Parameters

<unnamed 1> (optional)

Without this parameter, the text asks for the news item to be submitted to Category:News only. With this parameter, the text is changed to mention a second category in addition to the general one. "Category:" is prefixed automatically.
