Week 1
Written sometime after the death of Al Mualim. The Codex is a thirty-page long journal written by Altaïr throughout his life. Containing knowledge passed to him by The Apple, it offered Altaïr's thoughts, along with several instructions related to the Assassin's Arts, Creed, and Manners. It depicted the process through which the Order passed during Altaïr's leadership. It was lost by Domenico Auditore and rediscovered in its entirety by Ezio Auditore da Firenze in 1499, where it was placed in a Villa Auditore's wall and decrypted by Leonardo Da Vinci. (more...)
