I am so clever that sometimes I don't understand a single word of what I am saying.

Having said that I am a (very broke) PhD student who spends most of his time hiding from his supervisor. When not doing that I like referring to myself in third person and generally being annoying. This can be fun as I am now teaching classes to fellow students who have this strange idea that I know what I am actually talking about. Note: I wish I got paid for this!
