Whenever the player character is finally inducted into the Assassin Brotherhood. I tend to like the games that don't show the ceremony less than those that do.

Throw a few soldiers off a rooftop: sense of accomplishment. Swim to an opposing vessel and take it over: dedicated accomplishment. Literally get the DROP on a Templar Lieutenant of any place or era: PRICELESS!
