Talk:Niccolò Machiavelli
where does it say he is the leader of the mercenaries in florence? his first appeaance is in vinice, second in forli, and yes, he is leading mercenaries, but so is sforza, and ezio leads mercenaries all the time. finally thrid in florence, leading the people with paola, but La Volpe isnt there, so its not like "the faction leaders of florence" or anything. at Ezio's "swearing in" thing in the tower after the first fight with Borgia, Machiavelli is leading the finger-burning ceremony, making him seem more important than the others, i assumed he was the leader of all the italian assassins, cause obviously Ezio wasnt yet, why else would he only appear toward the end of the game, and then be so important (in both dlc things) once he showed up? Isnt mario leader of mercenaries? i know he doesnt live in florence, but he lives closeby, and he teaches you to fight, just as paola teaches you to blend and La Volpe teaches you free-running.
