Reliability?

Sorry, I don't really understand what's not reliable about the Black Box missions :s I doubt anything that we've seen in the demo video is still subject to change tbh, if that's what you mean. Also, I don't remember any blackbox mission for Unity that didn't make it into the game. Wasn't that just Sivert's assassination, which, to my knowledge, was virtually unchanged? I think Slate Vesper is refering to Captain Xavier and the Marquis de Bouillon, two of Unity assassination targets, displayed in two mission demo released during the E3 2014 and who in fact never made it into the game. So yes, there is a precedent of demo mission being non-canon down the road, so there is two options: option 1, refraining from adding content from the promotional medias until the actual release of the game or option 2, later delete the erroneous content if it's not in the final product. I'm for option 2 Maxattac (talk) 09:15, August 9, 2015 (UTC)
I thought that might have been it, but I don't think we can compare the Captain Xavier and Marquis de Bullion assassination targets to Lucy Thorne. For one, those two demos were designed for E3, while Ubisoft Quebec has explicitly gone out of their way to have demos that come from sequences in the game itself. I have no doubt we'll see the Lucy Thorne assassination in the game.
Besides, I don't see any reason to doubt the veracity of the material seen at Gamescom compared to that we've seen at E3 (Assassin's Creed Syndicate demo walkthroughs 1 and 2). I say we reinstate the info we have; we can always change it later. Other sources have confirmed that Evie is looking for the Shroud as well. We'll find out if it's changed for the final game when it releases. Captain Xavier and the Marquis de Bouillon were designed specifically for the demos, whereas Lucy Thorne evidently is an in-game character. -- Master Sima Yi Talk 10:40, August 9, 2015 (UTC)

Reference?

Lucy Thorne is too similar to the caretaker of The Thorn called Red Lucy from Fallout: New Vegas to not be a reference to. Or maybe they originate from a real life person? I didn't find a Wikipedia Article about any Lucy Thorn(e). The Alpha Falcon (talk) 15:47, October 31, 2015 (UTC)
