Removal of vacant slots

Accidentally hit edit while typing description, apologies. I would argue it's for Animus Hub or whatever to tell us the positions have been filled and leave the slots visible and empty; Gramatica was doing Ardent's duties for about a year till Hathaway was selected so we know the Nine have functioned with fewer personnel before.
