100% synchronization

I think there should be a 100% synchronization list of constraints with instructional tips for fulfilling them, on every page of a memory that has the option of being completed with full synch. This should be implemented because it can be helpful and make the wiki more useful, so it won't only be used as an encyclopedia but also as a helpful guide to consult when you have a question.

Additionally, I have been informed that the I and II games not having the full synch thing may be a problem, but in my opinion, we should just not add this to their memories, and I don't see why it is such a big deal.
