The other two portals?

So I have been doing some digging. I purused around yahoo and some other places and people have said that the other two portals on Animus Island are open during the credits. So I watched the credits and sure enough they are. What I want to know is what are your theories on this? I believe the other two portals signify AC:II and AC:Brotherhood because Desmond"s Journey goes up until AC:I so I believe that the other two portals are the rest of the time up until Revelations. And the fact that it is during the credits that those two are open may aslo signify that they include Revelations. I am not sure. What do you guys think?

It would be pointless to have AC2 & ACB because we've already played them.
