Is it another group of the precursor of Templars? And what relation between Cult of Kosmos and Order of the Ancients? -- A.gao.96 (talk) 08:11, June 13, 2018 (UTC)

Just tossing ideas here, but I'm thinking each group evolves into the other. I'd say the Cult follows an abstract belief in "Order", which is turned into an ideology by the Order of the Ancients, with a concrete methodology emerging sometime between the end of The Hidden Ones (DLC) and when they formally organized into the Templars.
