Specifics of Code

Are we sure this isn't treated in stark reverse? See the description of the decree on Wikipedia. It did the opposite of what is supposed here, including legalizing corporal punishment and restricting slave rights further. Did the game present it in reverse?GZilla311 (talk) 06:26, November 16, 2014 (UTC)
