Uplay Achievements/Actions

This probably is likely not the correct place to bring this up... especially if it is the article's talk page but you humor me anyway and tell me if I made a mistake or not. So! Having read the game's supposed achievements (Somehow they were leaked?) I just realized that perhaps we should add the Uplay actions on this as well? I was wondering what they were....
