Somebody should probably add something about it's availability on steam

Clean Up

Tweaked and fleshed out the summary at the beginning as well as adding a Gameplay section. Changed the main article tag to a spoiler tag to keep the reader on a single page. Changed the Awards section so that it was consistent with the same on the AC2 page. Fixed some minor spelling and grammar as I went through it. Timeline of the game

Can I add in the trivia that game spanned about two months? Since the game likely started after the Siege of Acre (July 1191) and ended around the Battle of Arsuf. (September 7, 1191) PassiveNeoluna 01:49, April 12, 2010 (UTC)

• I hate to be the sceptic in this, but I just wonder where this knowledge is based on. I would just want to have a bigger confirmation, instead of hearing that it 'likely' was two months. What makes you think it started after the siege of Acre (although I have a good idea why), and what makes you think it ended around the battle of Arsuf. We see Altaïr going to Arsuf, but there's no sign of any battle yet. So if you could give me a bigger explanation, thanks. -- Altaïr 04:43, April 12: 2010 (UTC)

No sign of battle? There was hundreds of soldiers scattered in the terrain, with thousands more running at the background. That seems a good indicative that something bloody was going to happen sometime soon. -- D. Cello 02:57, April 12, 2010 (UTC)

• You mean in Arsuf itself, or just all over the kingdom? Cause I must have missed it then, that there were thousands in the background. And I'm not denying that the battle would begin... It is likely, but I would like to hear some more information of this. Believe me, I would really like to establish in the article how long the timeline actually is, but I would like to hear some points that indicate how long it actually is. We can't just place it in the article imo, because we think things 'likely' happened. We need some harder proof than that, no? -- Altaïr 05:10, April 12: 2010 (UTC)

• Okay Cedric, well it helps my point that in the game manual (p. 4), the months of study under July to September. Since those months match up with events in the real history I just assume this, my problem is that I don't know how long the battle lasted and if the date I typed is the start or end. Added to this, Bloodlines started one month after Al Mualim's death in Fall (which is at least mid-September) in the same year. PassiveNeoluna 03:27, April 12, 2010 (UTC)
• Well it would definately take place after the siege of Acre, which ended about 12 July of 1191, so then the crusaders ruled over it. And Arsuf also fell to the crusaders on September 7. The battle lasted only one day. Robert De Sable led the battle. So since he's alive you would think that the battle is over when Altaïr arrives....-- Altaïr 05:46, April 12: 2010 (UTC)
