Xenokles the Hyena

Xenokles the Hyena (died c. 431 BCE) was a mercenary acting in Megaris, Greece.

During the Peloponnesian War Odessa hired Xenokles to protect her and her farm, as soldiers under the command of the leader of Megaris were harassing her. Xenokles died after killing numerous men, and giving the leader second thoughts.[1]
