World War II was the largest war in history and it lastest from 1st September 1939 to August 1945 when the Japanese surrender to the U.S.A. In the Assassin's Creed Universe the war may have been set up by theTemplars as Franklin D. Roosevelt, Joseph Stalin and Adolf Hitler were all leaders of the major Axis and Allied powers.
