Wolfshead Brewing Co. was a brewery located in London, United Kingdom, around the 1860s.

Located in the City of London, Wolfshead Brewing Co. was a run-down brewery, until the property was purchased by an anonymous party in the 1850s, which was also when the company was officially named Wolfshead. From that moment onward, Wolfshead Brewing became a prominent brewery in the borough.

In 1868, the company was run by the Blighters, operating under Bloody Nora, and it relied heavily on child labor. The Assassins Jacob and Evie Frye, at the behest of Clara O'Dea, infiltrated the facility, liberated the child workers, and killed the overseer. As a result of these actions, the Blighters lost control of the facility, allowing the Rooks to move in and resume operations.
