This is one of the memories in Assassin's Creed 2.

Description

Ezio follows Jacopo to the Roman Theatere outside of San Gimignamo. There Ezio overhears a discussion between Rodrigo Borgia and Jacopo. After Rodrigo kills Jacopo out of anger, he says "Sorry to take away your prize assassin" . 

Then Ezio is pushed out and he battles a number of Rodrigo's Soldiers. After defeating them, he goes to Jacopo and kills him.

Outcome

All of the Pazzi, as well as the people who conspired against Lorenzo de Medici are killed.
