Wehha of East Anglia
Wehha (died c. 571 CE), was a King of the East Angles who reigned during the 6th century.
Following his death, Wehha was buried in a cemetery that would later came to be known as Sutton Hoo, along with a shield in the belief that it would protect him in the afterlife.[1]
