Visitazione's Secret was a virtual representation of one of Ezio Auditore da Firenze's genetic memories, relived by Desmond Miles in 2012 through the Animus.
Description
Ezio explored the Santa Maria della Visitazione's catacombs in search of the Assassin Tomb of the Roman Assassin Leonius.
Gameplay/Dialogue
Ezio finds the entrance to the Assassin Tomb of Santa Maria della Visitazione in Venice. He enters it and drops down into the tomb.
After dropping down and entering the tomb, he then walks onto a ledge and does a leap of faith into a haystack. Next to the haystack are a guard and a brute playing a tarot game on a table.
Brute: There is something moving over there in that haystack.
The brute gets up to check the haystack.
Guard: Sit back down, we're in the middle of playing a tarot game.
Brute: No no! This time I saw something. I know it.
Guard: That's what you say every time!
The brute pokes the haystack with his axe. A rat comes out of the haystack and the brute gets scared.
Guard: You were right, there was something in that haystack you femminuccia (sissy)!
The guard gets up and walks.
Brute: I'm tired of your jokes, this isn't funny! I could have been killed!
Ezio comes out of the haystack and assassinates the brute. The guard then starts running away from Ezio and runs to the other Templar guard post with Ezio chasing after him. He then eventually catches up to him and assassinates him.
Ezio then sees a door in front of him with a skull like the entrance of Assassin Tombs. He pulls it and it reveals a parkour course. He activates the parkour course and 4 bars come out of the wall and a timer starts. Ezio goes through the parkour course and pulls the bars. After pulling all 4 of the bars. The door to the burial chamber then makes the Assassin logo and stairs come out of the water, then the door opens.
Ezio then enters the burial chamber and loots the treasure there. Then, he opens the sarcophagus and and finds the Assassin Seal of Leonius. He then opens a hatch on the ground and jumps into it.
Ezio then comes out of a manhole and is back into the city of Venice. You also get 1500 florins for completing the mission (no treasure included). You also get the Assassin Seal of Leonius that you can put into the Assassin Sanctuary underneath the Villa Auditore in Monteriggioni.
Outcome
Ezio retrieved one of the six Assassin seals needed to unlock the Armor of Altaïr in Sanctuary underneath the Villa Auditore in Monteriggioni.

Trivia
- Within the room which contained the freerunning puzzle was an easter egg, in which a large squid would attempt to attack Ezio with one of its tentacles, with him barely dodging it.
- It is possible to kill the fleeing Templar before he reaches the other guards. When approaching the guard post, there is a short window for the player to use throwing knives or the Pistol to kill the runner before he closes the door. If successful, the player can then sneak past the guard post.
