Tomb of White Desert

The Tomb of White Desert is a tomb in Egypt.

History

After the death of Order of the Ancients member Medunamun by Bayek of Siwa, the tomb was discovered by Menkhtu, posing as a returned Medunamun, and his Sect of the Ibis Reborn. In 46 BCE, soon after the foundation of the Hidden Ones, Bayek sent a group of his disciples to Haueris Nome in pursuit of Menkhtu, and though they found only a decoy there, their scouts managed to track down a number of sect members in the White Desert. They bypassed the sect's guards at the tomb's entrance and delved within, hoping to find the Ibis Reborn. The Hidden Ones explored the tomb, finding three people dressed like the Ibis Reborn, though these were also decoys. Piecing together their last words, the Hidden Ones learned that the Ibis Reborn had accessed the vault under the Great Pyramid of Giza and gave chase.
