The Yerebatan Cistern is a memory in Assassin's Creed: Revelations.
Description
Ezio Auditore enters a cistern underground located directly underground of the location where Niccolò Polo's old trading post. There he assassinates multiple Templar Captains commanding the excavation, to gain multiple keys letting further progress through the cistern. Ezio is able to retrieve the key by using a hidden passage.
When exits the cistern he meets up with Sofia Sartor, showing her the map of Constantinople with the locations of many rare books.
Dialogue
Ezio slides through the tunnel.
- Byzantine Soldier 1: Ti distihia! (What misery!) Do you know how long we've been searching this filthy Cistern?
- Byzantine Soldier 2: I've been here a few weeks.
- Byzantine Soldier 1: Thirteen months! Ever since the Grand Master found that damned key. But he hasn't got a clue what he's doing. All he knows is they're somewhere in the city.
- Byzantine Soldier 2: This is a big city.
- Byzantine Soldier 1: To xero! (I know!) That's what I said.
- Varangian: Back to your posts, alirtes (bums)!
Ezio arrives at the first room the underground cistern.
- Templar Captain 1: Look alive, eh? We pay you to watch the doors, not your feet.
Ezio enters another excavation room.
- Guard: I'm sick of this place. I really am. Eight hours of this filth. Apistefto. (Unbelievable.)
- Templar Captain 2: Petros! Make sure we have enough for the excavation. I am tried of stumbling around in the dark.
Ezio arrives at the last excavation room.
- Soldier: Where is he?
- Templar Captain 3: There! In the corner ! I saw something. Get reinforcements1 This is an attack!
Outcome
Ezio retrieves one of Altaïr's Keys.

- To achieve full synchronization, Ezio must not be detected.
