The Fallen were a group of people found in the simulation of Tartaros.

After Spartan misthios Kassandra killed Cerberos, many of these people these people reigned unchecked, and often caused trouble for Hades and Charon. Kassandra had to defeat all of them in order to restore peace. Some were needed to be killed to collect the Armor of the Fallen whilst others needed to be recruited to replace Cerberos.
