Temple of Sekhmet

The Temple of Sekhmet was a temple complex located in Yamu by Lake Mareotis. It was known for its Festival of Sekhmet, which commemorated the lion goddesses' victory against Isfet. Menehet, an old friend of the Medjay Bayek of Siwa, served as a priest in the temple.
