A New Regime is a memory in Assassin's Creed: Revelations

Description

Altaïr, now 64, returns to Masyaf after a ten year absence to meet with Abbas. He wants to know why his youngest son was killed. Abbas reveals that he wants the Apple for himself. Altaïr agrees on the condition that why his son was killed. Swami approaches and puts his hand on the Apple then tells Altaïr that before Sef was killed, they told him that his father ordered the killing. Out of rage, Altaïr uses the Apple to force Swami into pulling out his dagger and cut his throat. As he writhed in pain, he stabbed Maria. Altaïr killed Swami then his attention went to Maria as she died.

Altaïr escaped the fortress and met up with Darim. They fought off the other assassins then escaped.

Outcome

Altaïr flees Masyaf with his son.
