One of the nine people, Al Mualim wants Altair to assassinate.

Upon walking into his lair, you find people being kept in cages throughout the passageway. To the far end there is a metal gate. You will have a brief conversation with AL Mualim, who will open the gate, allowing you to enter. He will tell you to step into a brightly lit spot on the floor, then orders his guards to surround you. After more brief conversation, you are forced to hack your way through the guards surrounding you. Climb up onto the ledge, and you will see an archer between you and Al Mualim. Kill the archer and follow Al Mualim to the rooftops. Kill him quickly then return to the bureau.
