Sao Paolo was a large city located in the country of Brazil.

As of the year 2012, an Assassin team was located in the city. There was a leak in the team, forcing them to delay their progress and find the leak. After having done so successfully, they cut off contact with the Assassin headquarters and likely moved to another city.
