Trivia
- The Old Syrian sword is obtained randomly by Ezio Auditore during the first DNA sequence despite originally receiving the Common sword from his father's chest.
- It is considered the best sword in Assassin's Creed. However, its capabilities are considerably weaker in the other two games of the series. This is most likely due to varying degrees of poor maintenance, as the sword was an antique by the time of the Renaissance.
