Trivia
- The Old Syrian sword is obtained randomly by Ezio during the first DNA sequence despite originally receiving the Common sword from his father's chest.
- The Old Syrian sword is the best sword in Assassin's Creed. However, it is considerably weaker in the other 2 games in the series.
- A reason for this is that as it names suggests, it was preservered from the Third Crusade, but was miscared for and weakened over time.
