Sword

In Assassin's Creed II, the player can purchase a wide variety of weapons to use in combat.

Weapons

Left Rack

  1. Common Sword - Damage 1, Speed 2, Deflect 2
  2. Captain's Sword - Damage 2, Speed 4, Deflect 3
  3. Milanese Sword - damage 3, speed 5, deflect 3
  4. Schiavona - damage 4, speed 5, deflect 4

Right Rack

  1. Altair's Sword* - damage 5, speed 5, deflect 5
  2. Old Syrian Sword - damage 1, Speed 2, Deflect 3
  3. Venetian Falchion - Damage 1, Speed 3, Deflect 1
  4. Florentine Falchion - Damage 2, Speed 3, Deflect 4
  5. Flanged Mace - Damage 3, Speed 3, Deflect 3
  6. Scimitar - Damage 3, Speed 3, Deflect 5


  1. Mercenario Warhammer - Damage 1, Speed 1, Deflect 3
  2. Condottiero War Hammer (Obtained after collecting 50 feathers)
  3. Maul - Damage 2, Speed 1, Deflect 2
  4. Flanged Mace - damage 3, speed 3, deflect 3
  5. Cavalieri Mace - damage 4, speed 2, deflect 2
  1. Maria Thorpe's Longsword - damage 1, speed 3, deflect 3
  2. Twins'Rapier - damage 2, speed 5, deflect 3
  3. Bouchart's Blade - damage 2, speed 5, deflect 5


  • It is worth noting that the Sword of Altair can only be purchased from the blacksmith shop in Monteriggioni; no other blacksmith shop carries it.
